Mansfield's #1 Heating Services Contractor
We approach each job as a problem to be solved, rather than relying on one-size-fits-all "cookie-cutter" solutions. We work with each homeowner to design a system that meets their needs and budget. We recognize that every home and commercial space is different and we have experience installing and maintaining a wide variety of heating and cooling products in small, medium and large environments.
From our initial conversation with the customer to load analysis of the space, we take every opportunity to make sure the system we build is the right one for you.
Our Heating Services
We feature ducted, duct-less & high velocity systems, such as Trane, Luxaire, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu & Water Furnace geothermal. We offer hydraulic repair and replacement for steam and hot water boilers from respected manufacturers such as Bradford White, Weil-McLain, and Burnham. Sophisticated load-analysis software allows us to set up a zone-specific system that is energy-efficient and comfortable.
The Ductless System
The mini-duct air distribution system removes approximately 30% more moisture in the cooling mode than conventional systems. This results in cooler, dryer air. Lower humidity levels create a more comfortable environment, even at a higher temperature. And for those 4 season rooms, or those more difficult locations that conventional duct-work cannot reach.
Ductless Mini-split systems, very popular in other countries, can be an attractive retrofit option for room additions and for houses without ductwork, such as those using hydronic heat. Like conventional central air conditioners, mini-splits use an outside compressor/condenser and indoor air handling units. The difference is that each room or zone to be cooled has its own air handler. Each indoor unit is connected to the outdoor unit via a conduit carrying the power and refrigerant lines. Indoor units are typically mounted on the wall or ceiling. The major advantage of a ductless mini-split is its flexibility in cooling individual rooms or zones. By providing dedicated units to each space, it is easier to meet the varying comfort needs of different rooms. By avoiding the use of ductwork, ductless mini-splits also avoid energy losses associated with central forced-air systems. The primary disadvantage of mini-splits is cost. They cost much more than a typical central air conditioner of the same size, where ductwork is already in place. But, when considering the cost and energy losses associated with installing new ductwork for a central air conditioner, buying a ductless mini-split may not be such a bad deal, especially considering the long-term energy savings.
A furnace tune up cleans your system making it operate more efficiently saving you money on your fuel costs plus a tune up is a safety check which will detect any defective or damaged parts. Keep in mind that an annual tune up is recommended by all manufacturers and utility companies. It is designed to keep your system running smoothly and efficiently to save you money.
Communicating technology in a fully modulating furnace for the ultimate comfort and greater efficiency. The advanced ComfortLink™ II allows the XC95m to constantly calibrate itself for optimal performance year after year.
